Wheels are perfect to move around area with wood and tiles flooring. Lifting is required on high carpet area. Desk isn't too bad - Not as wide as I thought it would be. Assembly chart is awful. Detailed instructions should have been included with this desk. All you get is a drawing that shows where the screws should go and the drawing is AWFUL. When you get to the part for the keyboard shelf, they don't really show you how the hardware should be attached to the shelf.
NOTE: Extend keyboard shelf hardware, look for a black lever inside. Press lever down and pull to separate rails. Install 1 rail to desk and the other rail to the actual keyboard shelf.
Before assembly, verify that you have all screws and parts necessary. I received mine with no wheels. I'm currently working with Furinno to have the wheels sent to me.

i should have followed the rule, "you get what you pay for." this is honestly a nightmare to put together with the horrible instructions. the top is also bowing from the weight of my monitor. eww. regret.
